Recruiter – 1 Year Contract (Hybrid, Toronto)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our team on a one‑year contract, with a strong possibility of extension. This hybrid position is based in downtown Toronto and focuses on delivering a seamless onboarding experience while supporting senior recruiters in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Support Recruiters and Senior Recruiters with daily recruiting operations and ad‑hoc requests.
• Post and manage job requisitions for senior‑level positions.
• Coordinate and track onboarding documentation, timelines, and follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in recruitment systems.
• Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and procedures.
• Assist with reporting, metric tracking, and recruitment administration as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume recruitment experience in an agency or fast‑moving corporate setting.
• Experience recruiting for corporate roles and working with senior leaders.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and process‑management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
