Recruiter – 1 Year Contract (Hybrid, Toronto)

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our team on a one‑year contract, with a strong possibility of extension. This hybrid position is based in downtown Toronto and focuses on delivering a seamless onboarding experience while supporting senior recruiters in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Support Recruiters and Senior Recruiters with daily recruiting operations and ad‑hoc requests.
- Post and manage job requisitions for senior‑level positions.
- Coordinate and track onboarding documentation, timelines, and follow‑ups.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in recruitment systems.
- Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and procedures.
- Assist with reporting, metric tracking, and recruitment administration as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of high‑volume recruitment experience in an agency or fast‑moving corporate setting.
- Experience recruiting for corporate roles and working with senior leaders.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and process‑management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
