About the role
Join Aggreko as a Senior Recruiter supporting our Canadian operations. You will own the full‑cycle recruitment process for a diverse set of roles, from technicians to engineers and sales professionals, using data‑driven strategies and strong partnerships with hiring managers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage 20‑30 active requisitions each month, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Recruit for technical, engineering, operations, sales and other functional areas.
- Maintain recruitment compliance and accuracy in Workday, targeting less than 10% offer correction rates.
- Build strategic relationships with hiring managers and provide talent market insights.
- Increase business visibility through site visits, job fairs and ride‑alongs.
Required profile
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, including hands‑on technician hiring.
- Familiarity with HVAC, power and electrical sectors is preferred.
- Proven ability to source candidates across multiple platforms and engage passive talent.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices.
