Senior Recruiter – Canada

About the role

Join Aggreko as a Senior Recruiter supporting our Canadian operations. You will own the full‑cycle recruitment process for a diverse set of roles, from technicians to engineers and sales professionals, using data‑driven strategies and strong partnerships with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 20‑30 active requisitions each month, ensuring timely and quality hires.
• Recruit for technical, engineering, operations, sales and other functional areas.
• Maintain recruitment compliance and accuracy in Workday, targeting less than 10% offer correction rates.
• Build strategic relationships with hiring managers and provide talent market insights.
• Increase business visibility through site visits, job fairs and ride‑alongs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including hands‑on technician hiring.
• Familiarity with HVAC, power and electrical sectors is preferred.
• Proven ability to source candidates across multiple platforms and engage passive talent.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices.
