HR Coordinator – Corporate

About the role

The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources team in executing HR strategy and coordinating a range of HR activities, from recruitment to onboarding and employee relations. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to ongoing projects that enhance company policies and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with HR projects such as job description updates, policy development, and other initiatives assigned by the HR department.
• Support Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including posting vacancies, coordinating job fairs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offers.
• Coordinate and deliver new‑hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring all documentation is completed and files are properly maintained.
• Perform administrative duties such as employee filing, updating HR bulletin boards, and organizing the online HR SharePoint site.
• Maintain the training matrix, administer employee training programs, and communicate session details to participants.
• Respond to internal and external HR inquiries, providing assistance as needed.
• Participate in the company’s social committee and help organize internal social events.
• Attend weekly and monthly HR meetings to report on project status and initiatives.

• Ability to collaborate with HR team members on projects and initiatives.
