Senior Manager, Assurance & Advisory

About the role

Join the Assurance and Advisory team supporting President’s Choice Bank, a Schedule I Canadian chartered bank. This senior position leads high‑visibility engagements across regulatory, operational and strategic areas, working in a hybrid model from downtown Toronto.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and reporting of multiple high‑priority Assurance and Advisory projects.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve business processes, strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance.
• Deliver visual, client‑focused presentations and reports to senior leadership and the Board.
• Champion initiatives such as benchmarking, research, thought leadership and competency development.
• Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle and proactively engage key stakeholders.
• Oversee and mentor the delivery team to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial, business‑oriented mindset with strong self‑drive.
• Extensive banking and financial services experience.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with executive presence.
• Ability to build partnerships and influence senior management.
