SAP Controlling (CO) Senior Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Finance & Controlling (FICO) functional professional with deep expertise in SAP Controlling (CO). You will analyze existing processes, design future‑state solutions and align financial operations with SAP best practices to support our clients' transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and improve financial controlling processes and deliver scalable SAP CO solutions.
• Design future‑state processes that align with business and technology strategies.
• Provide expertise in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting and Management Accounting.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Finance teams to support planning, reporting and decision‑making.
• Support integration with Project Systems (PS) and other financial processes.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements.
• Work onsite three days per week at the Montreal location.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college program in a related discipline.
• Strong experience in SAP Controlling (CO) including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Order and Margin Analysis/CO‑PA.
• Proven ability to analyze and improve financial processes and to document future‑state solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.
