About the role
We are seeking a Real Estate Appointment Setter to engage inbound leads generated through paid advertising campaigns. You will contact homebuyers and homeowners who have already expressed interest, build rapport, qualify their needs, and schedule qualified appointments for our real‑estate clients.
Key responsibilities
- Call inbound real‑estate leads
- Text and follow up with prospects
- Qualify buyer and seller prospects
- Book appointments for real‑estate clients
- Update CRM notes after each conversation
- Follow scripts and training guidelines
- Manage follow‑up tasks and reminders
- Attend weekly performance check‑ins
- Track KPIs and continuously improve performance
Required profile
- Experience in real‑estate sales, appointment setting, call‑center or telesales
- Strong communication and reliability
- Available Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM‑7:00 PM Eastern Time
- Ability to work independently as an independent contractor
