Remote Part‑Time Tele‑Interviewer (Call Center)

About the role

We are looking for a remote part‑time Tele‑Interviewer to conduct telephone interviews with insurance applicants. You will work from home, following scheduled appointments and handling inbound and outbound calls to collect detailed lifestyle and medical information.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 20‑hour weekly telephone interviews (20‑60 minutes each) with insurance applicants.
• Follow company‑provided questionnaires verbatim and document responses accurately.
• Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls for appointment scheduling and ad‑hoc interviews.
• Submit completed questionnaires promptly and maintain high data quality.
• Collaborate with the team to meet quality‑assurance and productivity targets.
• Provide courteous, respectful communication, especially for sensitive topics.
• Respond to team assistance requests via Microsoft Teams.

Required profile

• College diploma or post‑secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., Health Sciences).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
