Appointment Setter (Remote – Philippines)

About the role

Brand M3dia Group, a Toronto‑based interactive technology company, is looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to work remotely from the Philippines. You will contact business owners and decision‑makers across Canada and the USA, qualify prospects, and schedule demo calls for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build daily prospect lists (lead hunting).
• Make outbound calls and send emails to business owners and managers.
• Qualify prospects and book confirmed demo appointments.
• Follow up with prospects who do not respond on first contact.
• Log every call, email, and outcome in Zoho CRM.
• Submit a daily activity report showing calls made, leads contacted, and demos booked.
• Achieve a minimum of 150 outbound touches per day and 40 booked demos each month.

Required profile

• Resident of the Philippines.
• 2+ years experience in outbound cold calling and appointment booking.
• Proven experience hunting leads and building prospect lists.
• Fluent, clear spoken English for contacting Canadian and US businesses.
• Daily availability Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm EST.
• Reliable internet, quiet home workspace, and a quality headset.
• Disciplined with daily reporting and self‑tracking of numbers.

Required skills

• Zoho CRM (or equivalent CRM) usage for logging calls and tracking pipeline.
• Outbound cold‑calling techniques.
• Lead generation and prospect list building.
