Customer Experience Representative

About the role

As a Customer Experience Representative for Cougars Athletics and Recreation at Mount Royal University, you will support a dynamic programs and services team. The role focuses on delivering welcoming, inclusive service that encourages personal growth and community connection.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑person and phone assistance for account creation, program registration, membership purchases, day‑pass sales and POS transactions using ActiveNet.
• Manage daily operations including cleaning, laundry, locker and facility checks.
• Oversee equipment lending and ensure proper setup for programs and rental groups.
• Assist students, staff, members and rental groups with check‑in procedures and guide them to campus services.
• Respond to first‑aid incidents and maintain a safe environment.
• Conduct facility tours and support event setup.

Required profile

• High school diploma (additional coursework preferred).
• 6–12 months related customer‑service experience.
• Availability for at least one weekly shift, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Current Intermediate (Standard) First Aid & CPR‑C certification.
