Customer Service Representative (Full-time)

About the role

Pro‑Line Building Materials, a supplier to the wall and ceiling industry in Calgary, is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. The role involves supporting customers in‑store and over the phone, handling orders, returns and merchandising, while contributing to a friendly and efficient shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone inquiries and assist customers with product information.
• Write up special orders in accordance with store policies.
• Maintain price tags, product identity tickets and merchandising displays.
• Handle customer complaints positively and process returns, credit memos and defective‑product tags.
• Keep merchandise displays fresh and attractive.
• Become familiar with all products sold in the department.
• Attend required training on store procedures, safety and product knowledge.
• Support other departments as requested by the Branch Manager.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to lift more than 20 lb.
• Fluent in English.
• Team player with strong attention to detail.
