Work‑From‑Home Representative Agent

About the role

We are looking for a remote Representative Agent to join our Canadian fundraising agency. The role involves outbound calls to existing supporters, helping charities raise funds for global causes while working from a home office on a full‑time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing donors to thank, engage and inspire continued support.
• Identify new child sponsors, welcome new donors and renew event participants.
• Invite donors to set up monthly giving and promote fundraising campaigns.
• Maintain accurate call records and meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday‑Thursday 1 pm‑10 pm, Friday 10 am‑7 pm (EST) and occasional Saturdays.
• Minimum two years of customer‑service or call‑center experience.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, persuasive phone presence.
• Self‑reliant, technically savvy and able to work independently.
• Professional home office with USB headset, webcam, high‑speed wired internet (≥25 Mbps down/5 Mbps up) and a Windows PC.
