Customer Service Representative – Life Insurance (LLQP)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Care Advisor with a valid LLQP license to join our North York team. You will build and maintain meaningful client relationships, guiding policyholders from onboarding through ongoing engagement while handling payments, concerns, and cancellations.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact policyholders to offer payment solutions and prevent cancellations.
• Manage policy and payment inquiries, including arrangements, updates, refunds, and cancellations.
• Provide a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, reviewing policies and guiding next steps.
• Resolve complaints with empathy and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Leverage CRM tools to personalize interactions and deliver actionable insights to management.
• Participate in daily huddles, call calibrations, and performance initiatives to meet KPIs.
• Maintain LLQP certification and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve service processes.

Required profile

• LLQP certification in good standing (Ontario required; other jurisdictions a plus).
• 1–2 years of call‑centre experience in service, sales, retention, or collections.
• Strong client relationship management abilities.
