Associate, Customer Care

About the role

Sundays Company, a Vancouver‑based furniture and retail brand, is looking for an Associate, Customer Care to join its growing Customer Care team. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will ensure high‑quality, efficient interactions and support customers from order receipt through shipment, delivering a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service via chat, email and phone, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Assist customers throughout the purchase process, including order management, logistics execution and problem solving.
• Drive sales transactions and support retail inquiries from showroom customers.
• Handle product return requests, approvals and manage customer reviews on external platforms.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of customer care or e‑commerce experience in a high‑volume environment.
• Willingness to work scheduled weekends.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to stay calm in contentious situations.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (intermediate to advanced).
• Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms.
