About the role

Prodigy is seeking an entry‑level People & Culture Administrator to support the daily operations of its HR team. This position offers the chance to develop a broad HR skill set within a fast‑growing construction management firm.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, reference and background checks, and tracking.
  • Assist with onboarding by preparing materials, managing new‑hire documentation, and supporting first‑day logistics.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare employment‑related documents such as change letters and confirmation letters.
  • Support benefits administration (enrollments, changes, terminations) and respond to basic employee inquiries.
  • Help with payroll administration by tracking employee changes and required documentation.
  • Update HRIS data, perform data entry, generate reports, and manage employee information changes.
  • Respond to general employee questions and escalate complex matters as needed.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, company events, internal communications, and off‑boarding processes.
