About the role
Prodigy is seeking an entry‑level People & Culture Administrator to support the daily operations of its HR team. This position offers the chance to develop a broad HR skill set within a fast‑growing construction management firm.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, reference and background checks, and tracking.
- Assist with onboarding by preparing materials, managing new‑hire documentation, and supporting first‑day logistics.
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation.
- Prepare employment‑related documents such as change letters and confirmation letters.
- Support benefits administration (enrollments, changes, terminations) and respond to basic employee inquiries.
- Help with payroll administration by tracking employee changes and required documentation.
- Update HRIS data, perform data entry, generate reports, and manage employee information changes.
- Respond to general employee questions and escalate complex matters as needed.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, company events, internal communications, and off‑boarding processes.
