National Account Manager – Canada

About the role

Cydcor is seeking a National Account Manager to lead its Canadian market across Retail, Residential and B2B campaigns. The role blends hands‑on field work with strategic oversight, acting as the primary liaison between Fortune 500 clients and Cydcor’s sales force.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and sales teams, strengthening relationships and driving revenue.
• Achieve campaign goals by executing sales plans, occasionally working directly in the field alongside reps.
• Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge, processes, and best practices.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly through problem‑solving, collaboration, and creativity.
• Maintain high sales quality standards and act with integrity.
• Manage budget and P&L, ensuring performance against scorecard metrics.
• Launch new sales offices, integrating them with client and Cydcor support systems.
• Provide regular performance feedback and action‑plan updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of retail store management, preferably with hands‑on retail experience.
• 5+ years leading a sales team, with experience in B2B, door‑to‑door, and residential sales.
• Strong player‑coach mindset and consultative sales approach.
• Ability to balance tactical field work with strategic business assessment.
