About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Guest Experience Guide to join our Surrey, BC location. You will welcome guests, guide them through our cutting‑edge VR experiences and ensure a smooth, enjoyable visit.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers, providing clear instructions for VR experiences.
  • Maintain and operate VR equipment, performing basic troubleshooting as needed.
  • Support daily operations and uphold a positive, engaging atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑standard customer service.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.

Required profile

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Basic technical aptitude for operating VR equipment.
  • Excellent verbal communication.
  • Calm under pressure with problem‑solving abilities.
  • Passion for VR and entertainment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; retail, hospitality or entertainment experience a plus.
