About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Guest Experience Guide to join our Surrey, BC location. You will welcome guests, guide them through our cutting‑edge VR experiences and ensure a smooth, enjoyable visit.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, providing clear instructions for VR experiences.
- Maintain and operate VR equipment, performing basic troubleshooting as needed.
- Support daily operations and uphold a positive, engaging atmosphere.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑standard customer service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic technical aptitude for operating VR equipment.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Calm under pressure with problem‑solving abilities.
- Passion for VR and entertainment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail, hospitality or entertainment experience a plus.
