Customer Support Specialist – Remote (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. You will provide clear, empathetic assistance to customers while helping shape AI‑driven support tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate written and verbal responses to a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Contribute insights to improve AI‑based support systems.
• Assess, annotate, and review support interactions for quality and consistency.

Required profile
