Service Appointment Coordinator

About the role

Join Mississauga Volkswagen as a Service Appointment Coordinator, where you will be the first point of contact for customers needing vehicle service and maintenance. You will help ensure a smooth, timely scheduling experience while representing the dealership’s commitment to quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle service and maintenance appointments through inbound and outbound campaigns.
• Explain recommended and required maintenance to customers.
• Contact customers to confirm upcoming appointments or to reschedule missed ones.
• Act as the initial contact for customer concerns or complaints related to service appointments.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service or business development.
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
