About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will measure progress, assess logic, and solve problems to improve model quality while applying expert writing and editing skills.
Key responsibilities
- Assign tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
- Assess the quality of AI model responses for correctness and performance.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance model accuracy.
Required profile
- Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

- Full‑time or part‑time remote work.
- Choose projects and set your own schedule.
- Hourly pay starting at $25‑$30 CAD per hour, with bonuses for high‑quality, high‑volume work.
- Payments made via PayPal, handling any currency conversion.
- Independent contract position.
