Part‑time Operations Dispatch (French/Spanish a plus)

About the role

Scandinavian Building Services is seeking a part‑time Operations Dispatch professional to join its remote team. The role involves handling work orders, communicating with clients, and supporting the dispatch team across Canada. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Key responsibilities

• Input and coordinate incoming work orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Navigate multiple customer portals to manage end‑to‑end work‑order flow.
• Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
• Maintain understanding of client requirements and communicate them across the organization.
• Oversee communications for large clients, coordinating with departments nationwide.
• Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and customer portals.
• Assist internal employees with troubleshooting using manuals and system documentation.
• Manage tight timelines, adhere to company core values, and perform any other required tasks.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of customer service and administrative experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English; French and/or Spanish are assets.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle high‑pressure situations.
• Flexible schedule to cover day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Kissflow (asset).
