About the role
TD Canada Trust is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Experience Associate to join its Montreal branch. You will be the front‑line representative who helps customers with everyday banking needs while delivering a positive and personalized experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions in accordance with TD procedures and regulatory standards.
- Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking solutions, and refer clients to specialized partners when necessary.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, escalating complex issues according to established protocols.
- Achieve sales and service targets by promoting relevant products and services.
- Contribute to a diverse, inclusive workplace by supporting team collaboration and personal development.
