Construction Site Superintendent – Vancouver

About the role

Novacom Building Partners is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. The role involves on‑site leadership, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities, enforce safety protocols and maintain quality control.
• Coordinate trades and suppliers, resolve issues promptly and keep work progressing efficiently.
• Collaborate with project managers to align field execution with schedule, budget and client expectations.
• Serve as the on‑site representative in meetings with architects, consultants and clients.
• Manage documentation using Procore, SiteDocs and other tools, including field reports, change orders and cost tracking.
• Monitor budgets, identify cost efficiencies and provide regular financial updates to leadership.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably as a Site Superintendent.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, scheduling and quality control.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence, willingness to travel to multiple sites and legal entitlement to work in Canada.
• Residency in the Greater Vancouver area and availability for immediate or near‑term start.
