Community Residential Manager (Multi‑Site)

About the role

Boardwalk is seeking a versatile Community Residential Manager to oversee multiple rental properties in Calgary and surrounding areas. The role combines customer service, property oversight, and hands‑on maintenance to ensure residents enjoy a high‑quality living experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect rent, follow up on defaults, and prepare bank deposits.
• Conduct inspections of vacant, upcoming, and occupied suites, including annual inspections.
• Lease, show, and prepare suites for new tenants.
• Coordinate contractors, ensuring timely completion of work per contract conditions.
• Assist with snow removal, cleaning, touch‑up painting, and other maintenance tasks as needed.
• Travel between multiple sites and be available for evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in sales or property management.
• Post‑secondary education in a related field is an asset.
• Strong commitment to excellent customer service and problem‑solving.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 kg.

Required skills

• Computer proficiency with web‑based programs.
