Community Residential Manager (Multi‑Site)

About the role
Boardwalk is seeking a versatile Community Residential Manager to oversee multiple rental properties in Calgary and surrounding areas. The role combines customer service, property oversight, and hands‑on maintenance to ensure residents enjoy a high‑quality living experience.
Key responsibilities
- Collect rent, follow up on defaults, and prepare bank deposits.
- Conduct inspections of vacant, upcoming, and occupied suites, including annual inspections.
- Lease, show, and prepare suites for new tenants.
- Coordinate contractors, ensuring timely completion of work per contract conditions.
- Assist with snow removal, cleaning, touch‑up painting, and other maintenance tasks as needed.
- Travel between multiple sites and be available for evenings and weekends.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in sales or property management.
- Post‑secondary education in a related field is an asset.
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service and problem‑solving.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 kg.
Required skills
- Computer proficiency with web‑based programs.
