About the role
We are seeking an Investment Manager to lead commercial real estate projects, ensuring they meet requirements, budgets, and deadlines. The role involves directing daily operations and advising senior management on strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate work activities to ensure commercial or residential projects meet requirements, budget, and deadlines.
- Direct and control daily operations, planning and organizing activities.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures.
- Manage contracts and oversee data collection and analysis.
- Plan, direct, and monitor activities of the sales department.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) certification.
- Specialization in commercial real estate.
