About the role
We are looking for a high‑energy Sales Representative to lead and grow a strategic territory in the graphite electrodes market across Canada. This remote position offers strong earning potential and the chance to make a major impact with key industrial customers.
Key responsibilities
- Build and expand relationships with existing and new customers.
- Present and sell technical graphite electrode products using a value‑driven approach.
- Prospect, cold‑call, and develop new business opportunities.
- Track sales activity, update CRM, and monitor market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and communication.
- Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Proven sales success in industrial or manufacturing markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50‑75% of the time).

What we offer
- Competitive base salary $110‑130K CAD per year.
