About the role
Renesas, a global leader in high‑performance semiconductor solutions, is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to lead high‑impact distribution engagements across the Americas. The role blends relationship building with data‑driven strategy to drive demand creation and sustained growth in the electronic component market.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and exceed sales budgets and critical business objectives.
- Develop deep Point‑of‑Sale (POS) understanding across distributors to support internal forecasting.
- Own distributor POS, inventory, and bookings performance.
- Create and execute business plans that leverage the distributor’s value proposition and Renesas strengths.
- Build strong relationships with distributor personnel and conduct regular business reviews at Business Unit and Executive levels.
- Align goals with Renesas Mass Market sales team and drive demand‑creation programs.
- Coordinate product training programs and support new product introductions.
- Gather market intelligence and develop actionable strategies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5‑10 years of account management, distribution sales, or business development experience in the electronic component industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
