About the role

Transcend Solutions is seeking a Business Development & Client Success Lead to own the end‑to‑end client acquisition journey, from first outreach through onboarding and handoff to the service team. This client‑facing position blends sales, relationship management, and operational coordination to support growing small and mid‑sized businesses across Canada.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and manage inbound lead inquiries.
  • Qualify prospects, run discovery calls, and nurture relationships.
  • Coordinate proposal preparation, delivery, and follow‑up.
  • Maintain and organize HubSpot CRM, building pipelines and tracking opportunity stages.
  • Oversee onboarding documentation, timelines, and smooth transition to the delivery team.
  • Monitor pipeline health, conversion metrics, and ensure data hygiene.
  • Identify and reactivate dormant opportunities where appropriate.

Required profile

  • Highly organized and process‑oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, professional, and able to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously.
  • Excellent communicator who builds trust and long‑term relationships.
  • Self‑starter capable of working independently without high‑pressure sales quotas.
