Counter Salesperson

About the role

As a Counter Salesperson you will be the first point of contact for walk‑in customers at our Profit Centre counter, delivering top‑tier service while supporting the Inside and Outside Sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers purchasing material at the counter, answering product questions and providing recommendations.
• Enter, pick, pack and process sales orders generated at the counter.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked counter area and merchandising displays.
• Monitor stock levels, inform buyers of low inventory and follow up on back‑orders with vendors.
• Process returns, warranty claims and related paperwork for both account and cash sales.
• Support Inside and Outside Sales functions by generating leads and sharing customer insights.
