Customer Service Clerk (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Clerk to join our Calgary store on a part‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, handling transactions, answering questions and keeping the checkout area tidy. The role supports our mission of delivering an outstanding experience to every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, efficient service to all customers and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Operate the POS system accurately, process sales, returns and refunds.
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and assist with store cleanliness.
• Promote current promotions and encourage sign‑ups for loyalty programs.
• Help stock shelves, face products and verify shipments as needed.
• Communicate clearly with team members to resolve issues and support smooth operations.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow store procedures.
• Familiarity with natural and organic food products is an asset.
• Food Handling Safety certification is a plus.
