Bilingual French/English Contact Center Representative – Loss Prevention

About the role
Join TD’s Fraud Loss Prevention team as a bilingual French/English Contact Center Representative. You will be the voice of the bank, helping customers protect their accounts by answering inbound inquiries, providing advice, and recommending appropriate TD products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service to callers in both French and English.
- Resolve customer inquiries at the first point of contact with empathy and accuracy.
- Meet performance targets, including customer experience surveys, quality and compliance standards, and productivity goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
- Work primarily from a secure, private remote workspace while attending occasional in‑person team events.
Required profile
- Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset and ability to handle sensitive fraud‑related issues.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using banking or CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
