YouTube Content Strategist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced YouTube Content Strategist to lead the creative direction of a high‑impact YouTube channel. This role goes beyond execution, requiring deep knowledge of YouTube storytelling, audience psychology, and analytics to drive channel growth and business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long‑term content strategy aligned with audience growth and business objectives.
• Research trends, competitors, and audience interests to identify high‑potential video opportunities.
• Create original video concepts with strong viral and evergreen potential.
• Write compelling scripts and design content frameworks that balance entertainment, education, and brand goals.
• Analyze channel performance data to recommend optimizations and track KPI progress.
• Collaborate with the CEO and production teams to shape storytelling and oversee content production.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and scaling successful YouTube channels.
• Strong understanding of audience behavior, click‑through, retention, and engagement metrics.
• Background in film production, directing, documentary filmmaking, or scriptwriting.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable creative strategies.
