About the role
We are looking for a proactive manager to lead the daily operations of our wholesale establishment. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving continuous improvement in service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct and evaluate daily operations.
- Manage staff, assign duties and determine staffing requirements.
- Recruit, hire and supervise employees or volunteers.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers to address issues.
- Arrange shipping, receiving and storage activities.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 3 to less than 5 years of experience in wholesale or a related field.
