Territory Sales Representative – Large Format Retail

About the role

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Territory Sales Representative in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The role drives product distribution, product display and incremental volume at large-format and specialty banners across the province, primarily in Winnipeg. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Use the CRM tool to maximise sales opportunities, share up-to-date store, banner and region performance, and keep the customer database and notes current.
• Maintain call schedules and set store objectives, and ensure in-store execution of account promotions and features.
• Act as the territory expert, staying aware of customer trends, opportunities, challenges and operational procedures.
• Run product knowledge sessions with store staff so they can explain the benefits of the products.
• Manage a pre-determined operating and trade spending budget (T&E), including trade dollars management via Rapid Draft, within prescribed limits.
• Complete paperwork, data collection and processes accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Prior consumer products or retail experience with knowledge of Western Canadian national and regional grocery accounts preferred.
• Great attitude with learning capacity, ability to work with minimal supervision, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Valid driver's licence and driving record within MVR policy guidelines; able to travel within Manitoba and attend bi-annual out-of-province meetings.

• Total rewards of CAD 67,800 to 77,000 per year, depending on experience and skills; annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.
