Store Manager - CF Polo Park, Winnipeg

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a Store Manager for its CF Polo Park location in Winnipeg. The manager leads the store, is responsible for staffing, training and retaining part-time and full-time staff, and is accountable for all store operations, hours management, asset protection, sales floor and stockroom organization, and brand presentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales floor and stockroom operations and ensure excellent customer service
• Coach staff on product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales
• Ensure visual displays follow Brand and Corporate direction
• Recruit, hire and train management and non-management associates
• Handle staffing, scheduling and payroll
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, stockroom and omni-channel operations
• Analyze reports to inform decisions, protect store assets and oversee store maintenance
• Run opening and closing routines and operate register and point-of-sale systems

Required profile

• 2+ years of store management experience, or relevant supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships
• Ability to assess and develop talent, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving
• High attention to detail, accuracy while multi-tasking, self-motivated and customer-focused
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
