Key responsibilities
- Drive profitable sales by meeting sales, profit, and budget targets while analyzing financial reports and market trends.
- Create and execute operational plans, ensuring optimal merchandise presentation, competitive pricing, and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee asset protection, safety controls, and compliance with Walmart policies, including total loss prevention.
- Serve as a customer ambassador, addressing feedback, complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Lead and develop associates through regular meetings, performance feedback, and training opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum age of 16 years.
