About the role
The Wholesale Establishment Manager will oversee daily operations of the wholesale outlet, ensuring efficient service delivery and profitability. This position reports to senior management and works closely with the sales and procurement teams.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, control, evaluate, plan and organize daily operations.
- Manage staff, assign duties and supervise performance.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale.
- Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses.
- Recruit, hire and mentor employees, including youth participants in government programs.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Participation in youth employment programs and ability to provide mentorship.
