Lot Associate – Vehicle Delivery & Lot Management

About the role

The Lot Associate supports the sales and service teams by ensuring vehicles are ready for delivery and the lot remains organized and safe. This position involves handling vehicle preparation, customer transport, and maintaining a clean, orderly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Start all vehicles, check batteries, and recharge dead units.
• Wash vehicles after service tasks and keep showroom cars spotless daily.
• Maintain inventory and lot areas in a neat, orderly fashion, removing debris and trash.
• Report any supply, equipment, or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Transport customers and assist with parts, personnel, or paperwork deliveries as requested.
• Perform seasonal duties such as shoveling, sanding, and clearing snow and ice from lot doorways and vehicles.

Required profile

• Report hazards or emergencies to a manager immediately.
• Provide excellent customer service and interact professionally with all guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station and delivery area.
• Follow company safety policies and report accidents without delay.

Required skills

• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a clean abstract.
• Ability to operate assigned equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and high quality‑control standards.
• Capability to work cooperatively with other employees.
• Effective decision‑making and ability to meet deadlines.
