Porsche Host – Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Porsche Host is the first point of contact for guests at Porsche Centre Richmond, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. You will guide visitors, manage communications, and support the sales team in a fast‑paced dealership environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospective customers, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department or advisor.
• Answer basic inquiries in person and by phone, taking thorough messages and minimizing hold times.
• Manage the customer traffic control system and maintain a tidy lounge and coffee area.
• Process payments, sales documentation, and warranty paperwork for new and pre‑owned vehicles.
• Perform clerical and accounting duties as assigned, including mail handling and inventory assistance.
• Follow safety policies, report accidents promptly, and undertake additional tasks as required.

• Professional appearance with strong customer‑relation skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work well with internal and external customers.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of working in an active, social atmosphere.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
