Delivery Specialist – Automotive Showroom

About the role

The Delivery Specialist ensures every vehicle leaves the showroom in pristine condition and provides a seamless hand‑over experience for customers. Working within the Sales department at OpenRoad Lexus Richmond, you will coordinate deliveries, showcase vehicle features, and support customers after they drive away.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the showroom and maintain an attractive, clean environment at all times.
• Greet customers, deliver excellent service, and explain vehicle specifications and technology.
• Coordinate new and used vehicle deliveries between Sales, Finance & Insurance, and Detailing teams.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage‑free condition, and timely delivery.
• Follow up with customers post‑delivery to address any questions.

Required profile

• Tech‑savvy with a strong interest in automotive technology and a willingness to learn detailed product knowledge.
• Well‑organized with strong time‑management skills and the ability to work cooperatively at all levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, delivering clear information to guests.
• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a good driving record.
