About the role
The Wholesale Customer Experience Representative supports ASICS' wholesale partners by managing orders, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end process. You will work closely with Sales Representatives and internal teams to deliver a high‑quality service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to wholesale non‑EDI accounts via email, call‑center queue, direct dial, and Teams chats.
- Enter and manage sales orders manually in SAP and B2B platforms.
- Collaborate with sales reps, buyers, regional managers, distribution centers, and finance to resolve order issues.
- Respond to product inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a solution‑oriented manner.
- Maintain accurate data entry of multiple document types and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Adhere to company policies, ethics, and applicable laws.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, call‑center, or the sporting‑goods industry.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset and basic knowledge of sporting‑goods products.
