Retail Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Vancouver location. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role involves planning budgets, overseeing merchandise selection, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for both customers and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control daily store operations, evaluating performance and implementing improvements.
• Plan, organize and monitor budgets, revenues and expenses.
• Determine merchandise mix, select and procure products for resale.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, assigning duties and overseeing payroll.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage volunteer or office support.
• Ensure staffing levels meet operational needs.
• Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, mornings and days.
