About the role
We are seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead our on‑road sales team in Ottawa. The role involves building relationships with business clients, managing negotiations, and overseeing staff training and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange training for staff and provide coaching.
- Conduct performance reviews and supervise a team of more than 20 people.
- Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and negotiate sales contracts.
- Recruit, organize, train and manage staff.
- Provide customer service and support.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience in sales.
- Ability to work various locations and on the road.
- Fluent in English (and French if required by posting).
