Well Testing Operator – Oil & Gas Field Services

About the role

Sideworx Connect is looking for experienced Well Testing Operators to support oil and gas projects across Canada. The role involves conducting flowback and production testing to evaluate well performance while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct well testing operations to assess oil and gas well performance.
• Monitor and record well data such as pressure, temperature, and flow rates.
• Ensure accurate sampling and analysis of well fluids.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate well‑testing equipment.
• Prepare detailed reports on test results and communicate findings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of flowback and production testing experience in Canada.
• Current certification in First Aid, H2S Alive, and CSO (TDG & WHMIS provided).
• Physically fit for heavy lifting (up to 100 lb).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Local to Grande Prairie or able to travel; valid Class 5 driver’s licence is an asset.
