Configuration Management & PLM Senior Analyst

About the role

As a Configuration Management/PLM Senior Analyst within Accenture’s Industry X team, you will help clients modernize product development and manufacturing processes across sectors such as aerospace, high‑tech and energy. You will design, implement and maintain configuration‑management solutions that span the entire product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, create functional specifications and detailed solution designs.
• Lead workshops to define process improvements, configure systems and drive implementation of configuration‑management practices.
• Perform AS‑IS analysis, define TO‑BE solutions and manage deployment plans, including training and communication.
• Plan and supervise airplane configuration‑management activities, maintain baselines and enforce change‑control standards.
• Prepare data packages, documentation and regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Lead implementation, resolve defects, and support post‑deployment operations.
• Contribute to project deliverables such as work breakdown structures, risk registers and business cases.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in aerospace and at least 1 year with a major PLM system (PTC, Dassault Systèmes, Siemens, SAP‑PLM).
• Bilingual in French and English and able to travel to Mirabel three times per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering and functional specification creation.
