Well Testing Supervisor

About the role

Sideworx Connect is seeking experienced Well Testing Supervisors to lead field testing operations in the oil and gas sector. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and accurate data collection while managing crews on rotating 12‑hour shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage well‑testing operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate well‑testing crews, providing training and mentorship.
• Collect, analyze, and report well‑test data, preparing detailed documentation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain testing tools in good working condition.
• Maintain a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of well‑testing experience in oil and gas.
• Proven supervisory experience with a track record of training personnel.
• Physically fit for heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs) and able to pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with reliable crew truck and insurance.
• Local to Grande Prairie or able to travel for assignments.
