Project Management Senior Analyst

About the role

Accenture’s Industry X team is looking for a Project Management Senior Analyst to support innovative aerospace and engineering projects. You will work closely with project managers and multi‑functional teams to ensure schedules, budgets and quality standards are met while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support project management activities across all phases, including schedule production, budget tracking, documentation and quality monitoring.
• Assist project managers and team leads in coordinating tasks, tracking progress and aligning work with project goals.
• Participate in planning sessions, gather inputs for roadmap development, prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, risk/opportunity registers, KPIs and meeting materials for project governance.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners, and help create executive presentations and project documentation.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives related to processes, tools and ways of working.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English with flexibility to travel to Mirabel three times a week.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or coordination within aerospace or engineering sectors.
• Strong initiative, organisational skills, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Professionalism, solution‑oriented attitude and a collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce or a related discipline.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
• Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Skywise, Looker Studio, Qlik Sense and Planisware.
